While navigating my options for a commission advance arrangement to pay year end bills. I had the pleasure of connecting with Ashley of Premier Commission. I was admittedly skeptical of the “online” approach but I SOOO appreciated being able to speak with a “real” person, who was both informative and professional. No high pressure or song and dance canned sales pitches here, just the facts and figures so I could make informed decision. After I completed the online application (which was received and acknowledged within minutes of sending it) I had the pleasure of then working with Michael, and after a couple quick clarifications I received my initial approval!!! The contract paperwork was delivered quickly and after returning my signed packet the funds were available in my account in yes…less than 24 hours. I might add that not only were they easy to work with but they had by far the most reasonable advance rates for their services. One fee up front with no junk fees .I would highly recommend Premier Commission LLC to fellow Realtors and Brokers.
